SALES AND SERVICE ASSOCIATE ($17-$25 per hour Full/Part-time opportunities)


Turf Equipment is currently looking for a highly motivated and organized sales associate. The ideal candidate will have sales/customer service experience, with good communication abilities, a preference for candidates with experience using google spreadsheets/microsoft excel. Candidates with repair and/information technology experience are also encouraged to apply!

We are a growing company, with other potential opportunities at our growing hardware store and garden center operation, online amazon operation, and management operations.

Requirements:

  • The position requires a highly motivated, self-managing individual possessing the want to learn and focus
  • Capable of filling out required paperwork properly and performing processes reliably
  • Reliability and good communication skills are essential.

STORE MANAGER & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (65k-75k + Health. Dental/Vision optional)

Turf Equipment is currently looking to hire a motivated and organized sales manager with a high level of technological literacy. With many technological upgrades being implemented, the qualified individual will have extensive experience with windows 10 OS, networking diagnostics and troubleshooting, interfacing with devices (scanners, credit-card processors, printers), spreadsheet experience (inventory/job tracking), and business management experience involving inventory coordination and movement (Order, Receive, Sale, Tracking)

The sales manager will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, while maintaining and improving our inventory and overall business operations. Our world class enterprise software system, while extremely capable, requires a high level of knowledge and dedication to understanding its capabilities, therefore extensive self-study of the available online help manual and a legitimate interest in process/business optimization is required. With your expertise and know how, we hope to expand our operations and improve profitability through online operations and data driven decision making. 

Qualifications

-2+ years Experience managing inventory, familiarity with intricacies of retail operations

-Extensive windows 10 experience, network diagnostic and troubleshooting

-Frequent use of spreadsheets for tracking

-High level of organizational skills
